Infrastructure

The school is spacious and there are well equipped labs for “Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths. There is also a spacious library with comfortable seating arrangement with a projector and computer having access to internet.


ATAL TINKERING LAB:
The school has Atal Tinkering Lab where lateral thinking, openness to unique ways of expressing oneself and focus on imagination is encouraged. Students experiment in electronics and robotics. This is the initiative of Central Government of India and runs with the support of NITI AYOG.


Library:
Books are a treasure of knowledge. This can be provided by a good library.

A good library – cum – reading room is provided with about 8,610 books in English, Sanskrit, Telugu and Hindi besides various books i.e. Science and Humanities. The library has a good stock of encyclopedia relating to various branches of Science and Humanities. The library subscribes to 20 periodicals and 4 dailies, which the students can go through during lunch break and library periods.

  1. The students are issued books during library period.
  2. Students are expected to handle journals, magazines and reference books in the reading room with care.
  3. Books damaged disfigured of lost have to be paid for or replaced by the borrowers.
  4. Reference books issued to students have to be returned within a fortnight.

34 batches of students appeared for the All Indis Secondary School examination. All these years the school has been scoring 100% pass. The 95 - 96 batch of 33 students secured distinction marks which is record in the state.
